Busy Busy Summer!!!

So these last few weeks We've been busy partaking in more fun summer activities.
I went to Lagoon with some of the Miller clan (Neil, Big Heath and Ryan were the only ones that couldn't join us) Skyler was my riding partner, We went on all of the big scary rides!!! Joe and Cole surprised us this year too, They both went on the Jetstar and the spider and the biggest shocker was that Cole went on the colossus!!! They are all growing up so fast.

This past weekend was the annual Nickell Reunion with Ry's family, We had a great time. The only bummer was that I wasn't feeling well, So I apologize to everyone that I didn't get to pitch in as much I wanted to....There's nothing worse than being sick when you're camping!!! The Brent Nickell family was in charge of the activities this year, we had a cute Pirates of the Uintah theme and all the participants seemed to like it. It rained the last day we were there for about 3 hours before our big finale potluck dinner, it dried up just enough for us all to huddle around the fire and eat. We played a few pirate games after dinner then called it a night...I hate when it rains when you're camping YUCK YUCK YUCK!!!!! I only snapped a few pictures, that's how crappy I felt...I wish I had a lot more to post but what I have will have to do!!!

Sorry for the lag in our recent updates. We have been busy doing all of the activities that summer is about. Last week I went swimming with my mom, Little Heath, and a mixture of my nieces and nephews, we had a great time! Joe and Sky got dareful and went off the high dive (I got some great pics of them in action) and Gracee shocked us by going down the big red slide! Cole and Brenton were once again in their own little world, they love playing together.
Saturday Heath and I took Joe, Sky, Cole and Brenton to the drive-in. I forgot how much fun they are. The kids had a blast, they were in awe that we were watching a movie outside. We ate pizza and tons of treats! We saw Kung Foo Panda and The Hulk, they were both great shows but I fell in love with Kung Foo Panda.
You gotta love summer!!! Enjoy the pictures...

Dad's 61st Birthday!!!

For Dad's 61st birthday we all decided to go as a fam to the Bee's game. I honestly don't think there's anything more relaxing then a warm summers night spent at Franklin Covey Field, eating a hot dog and drinking an ice cold coke watching the home team kick a little butt. Fun times!!!

I can't believe Dad is 61, how time is flying....

So I'm pretty sure that everyone who knows me is aware that the 4th of July is my absolute favorite holiday. I love everything about it: The rodeos, parades, bbq's, carnivals and most of all,the fireworks!!! There's nothing more relaxing then a warm summers day spent with your family and friends eating and watching the kids play in anything to do with water, to keep themselves cool!!!



Thursday night I went with the Lim's to the Western Stampede Rodeo, it was a lot of fun, I love the rodeo!!! Friday morning Ry and I went to the WJ parade with my family, oh and Rachel Lovato Lovato's family too ( I happened to run into her and Matt while venturing to my seat for the parade) Then we had a BBQ at My parents house (YUM YUM YUM) I took a little pick-me-up nap, and then my fam and Yuen and Brenda came over for fireworks, All in all, it was another fabulous 4th of July to remember!!!
